摘　　要：作为大学英语教学改革的一部分,大学英语四级机考终于在2008年12月20日首次在部分高校试点。本文介绍了机考的背景、构成、特点以及给大学英语教学带来的启示。As part of the reform of college English teaching college English four machines test finally December 20, 2008 for the first time at some universities in the pilot. This article describes the test machine background, composition, characteristics and bring to college English teaching in China.
