摘　　要：为研究捆扎机拉紧轮的磨损性能 ,在同一机型捆扎机上分别安装了进口和国产拉紧轮 ,并在同一生产现场进行工艺性试验。而后对两种拉紧轮的材质、结构设计、金相组织以及磨损后表面形貌作了检验 ,并结合试验结果进行了分析 ,得出了各自的磨损特性 ,同时找出了国产拉紧轮与进口拉紧轮的质量差距。In order to research the wearability of the tightening pulleys of a binding machine, we installed the tightening pulleys made in Switzerland and China respectively on the same type-binding machine to carry out the experiments on the same manufacturing site. The material quality, structure design, metallographic structure and worn surface morphology of the two tightening pulleys were measured and the results from these two pulleys were compared. It is concluded that the quality of the foreign tightening pulley is superior to that of the domestic.
