摘 要:随着航天器批量生产任务的需求,对现有航天器总装生产模式进行适应性优化、强化过程控制成为提高生产效率、缩短研制周期的关键问题。文章通过对现有航天器总装工艺设计模式的分析,提出了进行流程优化与重构的要点和措施。Assembling is not only a key stage in the research and manufacture of spacecraft, but also the ultimate stage to ensure the spacecraft’s quality. Along with the requirement of the large quantity of satellites manufacturing tasks being put into practice, it becomes vital how to optimize the current pattern of production, enhance the efficiency of production, shorten the cycle of research and manufacturing and intensify the process control. Through the analysis of current spacecraft’s assembling design pattern and assembling production pattern, this paper presents some proposals on optimization and restruction processes.
