摘　　要：中国的社会状况塑造了消防技术,消防技术发展的不理想必须从社会中寻找原因,是许多不利性社会(关键是体制性障碍)原因制约影响了消防技术的顺利发展。通过包括改革社会的相关制度在内的社会发展来发展消防技术。在经济、政治、文化三个层面上对中国消防技术发展的动力源进行分析后,给出合理利用三者之间的合力来发展中国消防技术的建议。即利用SST(技术的社会形成)的视角和系统论的观点审视和分析中国消防技术发展的问题,试图打开消防技术的"黑箱",为政府科技政策和规划提供参考。The development of fire protection technology is closely associated with social factors, such as economic, political and cultural factors. After analyzing the relationship between the three factors and the current situation of fire protection technology in China, some suggestions are proposed as to how get it improved. It is hoped that these suggestions would be useful as reference for the government to make some polices and plans in the development of fire protection technology in China.
