摘 要:企业文化是影响企业发展的深层原因。随着产品质量达到一定程度 ,产品文化含量会起重要决定作用。本文主要论述了企业文化的内涵 ,并从企业文化的表现形式、企业文化的功能及企业文化起到的标准作用等方面论述了构建企业文化指标体系的必要性。提出了一套适合企业文化建设的指标体系和模型 ,运用指标体系由专门实施机构对企业文化进行评估 ,与优秀企业评比 ,找出差距 ,赶超先进 ,加强企业文化建设。另外 ,文中还强调了在企业文化建设中应注意的几个重要问题 ,以便企业有针对性、有重点地实施。Enterprise culture is one of the important reasons to influence the enterprises' development. As the quality of the products reaches a certain degree, the cultural content of the products will play an important decisive role. This article mainly discusses the connotation of the enterprises' culture, and the necessity to establish index system of enterprises' culture from the aspects of the expression form of enterprises' culture, the functions of enterprises' culture, and the standard role the enterprises play. The article also states a set of index system and model for the purpose of building up a suitable enterprises' culture, to compare and assess among excellent enterprises, to find out the difference, to excel the excellent, and to strengthen the development of enterprises' culture. In addition, the article stresses several problems in building up the enterprises' culture so as to enforce the system with a more clear aim and stress.
