摘 要:目的研究服用哌醋甲酯对健康儿童事件相关脑电位(P300)和伴随负变(CNV)的变化。方法比较30名健康儿童服用10 mg哌醋甲酯前后P300和CNV的变化。结果与服哌醋甲酯前相比,健康儿童服药后的P300变化主要为P1-N1成分潜伏期缩短(P<0.05),波幅增高(P<0.01);而服药前后的CNV主成分(反应时)亦存在显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论本研究证实P300中的P1-N1成分与被试者的注意有关,哌醋甲酯能增强被试的短暂注意功能。哌醋甲酯对CNV的影响仍有待进一步研究。Objective To investigate the variations of event related potentials(P300) and contingent negative variation(CNV) in healthy children before and after taking methylphenidate hydrochloride.Methods Comparison of the changes of P300 and CNV in 30 healthy children before and after taking 10 mg methylphenidate hydrochloride.Results The changes of the major component of P300(P1-N1) were that the latency delay(P<0.05) and volatility elevated(P<0.01) and the major component of CNV(reaction time) also had significant statistical difference(P<0.05) in healthy children before and after taking methylphenidate hydrochloride.Conclusion The effect of methylphenidate hydrochloride on P1-N1 confirms that it is related to the selective attention of the subjects.The further study of its influence on CNV should be made.
