摘  要:目的探讨运动再学习疗法结合易化技术对脑卒中患者语言功能、运动功能和日常生活能力的影响。方法入选60例脑卒中患者分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组采用易化技术(FT)以及家属给予患者未经培训的日常生活训练;观察组采用FT和运动再学习疗法(MRP)同时治疗。结果治疗前,观察组与对照组间简式Fug-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)和改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分差异无显著统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的FMA和MBI评分均较治疗前提高,有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组加用运动再学习疗法治疗4周后的FMA、MBI及综合功能评定法(CFE)中的语言功能亦有所改善。结论 MRP和FT结合具有协同作用,早期应用能明显改善皮质下卒中患者的语言功能、运动功能以及日常生活能力。Objective To investigate the combination of motor relearning pyogram and facilitation technique on language function,motor function and daily living ability in patients with subcortical stroke.Methods Sixty patients with subcortical stroke were divided into the observation group(30 patients) and the control group(30 patients).The control group were treated with facilitation technique(FT) and non-standard daily training by their family.The observation group were treated by Motor Relearning Program(MRP) and FT at the same time.ResultsAt baseline,the differences of scores of Fug-Meyer Motor Assessment(FMA) and the modified Barthel Index(MBI) between the two groups was not significantly(P>0.05).After 4 weeks treatment,the scores of FMA and MBI from both groups were significantly changed compared with that from baseline(P<0.01).Moreover,the observation group got their scores of FMA,MBI,and language function assessed by Comprehensive Functional Evaluation(CFE) changed greatly than those in the control group.Conclusion The synergistic effect of MRP and FT is obvious and early application of it might significantly improve the language function,motor functions and daily living in subcortical stroke patients.
