摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法四种研究方法,以北京市昌平区部分高校体育教师为研究对象,对他们的体育生活方式现状及影响因素进行研究,并对部分教师进行走访,以求更加深入全面地了解高校体育教师体育生活方式的情况及他们面临的压力。This article researched some of the College P.E teachers' present sports lifestyle in Changping district of Beijing by using the following four ways: literatures,questionnaire,and data statistics.Focused on their sports lifestyle and the influences by the environment,I went to visit some teachers,in order to have an overall understanding about the high school's P.E teachers and their pressers.
