摘　　要：目前高职院校经济管理类专业普遍开设经济法课程。但是该课程体系过于庞大,面面俱到,实际上是采用了20世纪80年代的"大经济法"观点。这种做法不仅逻辑混乱,名不副实,而且影响了教学效果。建议改课程名称为"企业法律环境",且无须讲授经济法总论和经济诉讼,更不必追求体系的完整性。Currently students in vocational colleges who major in economics and administration all study a subject called Economic Law.But the frame of this subject is too large as well as too complicated.In fact,it adopts the idea-broad economic law-which was very popular in the 80s of last century.This has made the subject in disordered logics and its contents do not match the title.The author here advises to change the name of the subject into Business Environment and that the economic law and economic litigation be cancelled.Furthermore,we needn't pursuit the integrality of the subject system.
