摘　　要：《中国法学向何处去》一书是邓正来教授对中国法学进行深刻反思和批判的智性成果,他提出中国法学要走出西方"现代化范式"的支配,建构起"根据中国"的"中国理想法律图景"。该书是作者对中国法学在冷战时代的世界结构之中的使命所做的一项前提性研究。该书对既有法学知识的"扭曲性"支配力量作了鞭辟的揭示与批判,引起了学术界的广泛关注和积极讨论。The book 'Jurisprudence of China: Where to go' is the professor Deng zheng-lai's intellectual achievement after profound reflection and criticism on China's Jurisprudence.He insisted that China's Jurisprudence should get out of the domination of the west 'modern paradigm',and construct 'China's legal ambition prospect',which 'according to China'.This article combed the theory road of this book,try to discuss with the professor on some relevant issues.Based on the interpretation of this book,try to reveal the deep meaning the author wanted to express.
