云南省高校债务成因与化解策略研究

摘　　要：1999年云南省高校抓住高校扩招的契机,进一步改善办学条件,扩大了招生规模,同时也背上了巨额债务。云南高校的债务问题已经影响到高校的稳定和可持续发展。因此,政府和社会应进一步加大对高校的合理投入力度,推进助学贷款业务的发展,做好高校土地置换工作。高校则要增强资金自给能力,实现高等教育资源共享。Since 1999,universities in Yunnan have incurred great debts as they capture the chance of college expansion to enlarge their enrolment and improve their facilities.Now the debts have affected the stability and sustainable development of the colleges and universities.The government and society at large should increase their reasonable investment in universities,extend the services of student loans,and conduct well land replacement for colleges and universities.Universities should improve their financial self-sufficiency and share education resources.
