含硅磷微胶囊阻燃剂的合成及应用

摘　　要：采用正硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)水解、聚合生成的二氧化硅凝胶作为囊壁材料,阻燃剂DMMP作为囊芯材料,制备了二氧化硅包覆阻燃剂DMMP的含硅磷微胶囊阻燃剂。优化的合成工艺为:乳化剂质量分数不低于4%,乳化时间15 m in,2 mol/L氯化钠溶液1 mL,7 mol/L氨水25 mL,制备的微胶囊粒度分布在0.2~6μm,阻燃效果良好。The microcapsulated flame retardant is prepared with DMMP as core and SiO2 gel which is formed by hydrolysis and polymerization of tetraethyl silicate(TEOS) as shell.The optimal preparation process is confirmed as follows: the amount of emulsifier is not less than 4%,emulsification time 15 min,2 mol/L sodium chloride 1 mL,7 mol/L ammonia 25 mL.The particle size of microcapsules distributes between 0.2~6 μm and the microcapsules have good flame retardancy.
