摘  要:本研究在饲粮中分别添加3个不同剂量的玉米源异麦芽寡糖菌质粉(IBS),旨在研究其对黄羽肉鸡生长性能和内源性激素分泌的影响。选择1日龄黄羽肉鸡270只,公母各占1/2,随机分成5组。对照1组饲喂基础饲粮,对照2组在基础饲粮中添加4.27 g/kg市售食品级低聚异麦芽寡糖粉,试验1、2、3组分别在基础饲粮中添加6、12、24 g/kg IBS。结果表明:1)与对照1组相比,试验1、2、3组死亡率分别降低33.30%、49.95%、49.95%;1~52日龄,试验1、2、3组平均日增重分别提高8.80%(P<0.01)、11.02%(P<0.01)、7.80%(P<0.01);试验1、2、3组料重比分别降低8.73%(P<0.05)、9.09%(P<0.01)、6.91%(P<0.05);试验2组血清中甲状腺素含量提高8.68%(P<0.05);试验3组血清中胰高血糖素含量降低24.75%(P<0.05);在血清胰岛素动态变化过程中,采食后1 h,试验1组提高40.31%(P<0.05),采食后2 h,试验2组提高40.09%(P<0.05);在血清生长激素动态变化过程中,采食后1 h,试验3组提高35.18%(P<0.05),采食后2 h,试验2、3组分别提高48.26%(P<0.05)、42.72%(P<0.05);试验2、3组血清中生长激素含量总体平均值分别提高23.65%(P<0.05)、26.29%(P<0.05)。2)与对照2组相比,试验2、3组死亡率均降低24.97%;1~52日龄,试验1、2、3组平均日增重分别提高6.57%(P<0.05)、8.75%(P<0.01)、5.59%(P<0.05);在血清胰岛素动态变化过程中,采食后2 h,试验2组提高44.55%(P<0.05);在血清生长激素动态变化过程中,采食后2 h,试验2、3组分别提高50.24%(P<0.05)、44.63%(P<0.05);试验3组血清中生长激素含量总体平均值提高23.80%(P<0.05)。结果提示,黄羽肉鸡饲粮中添加一定剂量的IBS,对其生长性能、激素分泌有促进作用,且在本试验的3个剂量中,以添加12 g/kg IBS综合效果最佳。In order to study the effects of activity flour of isomalto-oligosaccharides bacterium substance from corn(IBS) with three doses on growth performance and hormone secretion of yellow-feathered broilers,a total of 270 one-day-old yellow-feathered broilers were allocated to 5 groups,including control groups 1,2 and experimental groups 1,2,3.The control group 1 was fed basal diets,control group 2 was fed basal diets added with 4.27 g/kg food-grade isomalto-oligosaccharides,and experimental groups were fed basal diets added with 6,12,24 g/kg IBS,respectively.The results showed as follows: 1) compared with control group 1,the mortality in experimental groups 1,2,3 was decreased by 33.30%,49.95%,49.95%;at 1 to 52 days of age,the average daily gain in experimental groups 1,2,3 was increased by 8.80%(P<0.01),11.02%(P<0.01),7.80%(P<0.01),and the feed/gain in experimental groups 1,2,3 was decreased by 8.73%(P<0.05),9.09%(P<0.01),6.91%(P<0.05);serum T4 content in experimental group 2 was increased by 2.88%(P<0.05);serum Glu content in experimental group 3 was decreased by 24.75%(P<0.05);in the process of dynamic changes,serum Ins content in experimental group 1 was increased by 40.31%(P<0.05) at 1 h after feeding,and that in experimental group 2 was increased by 40.09%(P<0.05) at 2 h after feeding;in the process of dynamic changes,serum GH content in experimental group 3 was increased by 5.18%(P<0.05) at 1 h after feeding,that in experimental groups 2,3 was increased by 48.26%(P<0.05),42.72%(P<0.05) at 2 h after feeding,and overall average of that in experimental groups 2,3 was increased by 23.65%(P<0.05),26.29%(P<0.05).2) Compared with control group 2,the mortality in experimental groups 2,3 was decreased by 24.97%,24.97%;the average daily gain of broilers at 1 to 52 days of age in experimental groups 1,2,3 was increased by 6.57%(P<0.05),8.75%(P<0.01),5.59%(P<0.05);in the process of dynamic changes,serum Ins content in experimental group 2 was increased by 44.55%(P<0.05) at 2 h after feeding;in the process of dynamic chang
