摘 要:道岔是制约列车运行速度的关键设备。为全面提升北京城市轨道交通运输效率,提高列车过岔速度和折返能力,改变北京城市轨道交通道岔类型单一的现状,新研制了60 kg/m钢轨12号单开道岔。该道岔的研究以国铁一整套研究方法为基础,同时结合北京城市轨道交通的特点,采用国铁成熟技术,借鉴高速道岔设计技术,实现了工电一体化联合设计,并与生产厂商共同完成试制、试铺及测试工作。新研制的60 kg/m钢轨12号道岔已在北京亦庄线实际工程中应用,使用效果良好。Turnout is the key equipment which restricts trains' running speed.In order to advance the transportation efficiency of Beijing Urban Rail Transit,improve the speed of passing through a turnout,enhance the turnaround ability of the train,and change the current situation in Beijing Urban Rail Transit in which only unitary type of turnouts is put to use,the new No.12 single turnout with 60 kg/m rail has been studied and manufactured.For this new turnout,based on a full set of research method in national railways,adopting the mature technique in national railways,absorbing the high-speed turnouts experience,the joint-design between maintenance and electricity was completed,and trial-manufacture,trial laying and trial testing along with the manufactory were also completed.The new No.12 turnout has been applied in Yi zhuang Railway in Beijing,and the application effect was good.
