摘 要:目前国内大跨度钢梁悬臂架设时,为减小钢梁在施工阶段的施工应力及前端最大挠度,一般采用吊索塔架辅助悬臂架设或在钢梁架设前端设置临时支墩。大胜关长江大桥7号墩钢梁由于两侧结构对称,经过方案比选,采用墩旁托架与钢梁固结、辅助3层水平索双悬臂架设施工,通过水平拉索的调索有利于主拱合龙,大大减少了临时施工结构的工程量,同时节省了全桥施工总工期。At present when long span steel girder is erected by cantilever method in China,for decreasing the construction stress and the maximum deflection in the front end of the steel girder during construction stage,the means of cantilevered erection with the aid of the fastening stay tower or erecting temporary piers in front of the steel girders are generally adopted.Because the both sides of the Pier No.7 of Dashengguan Yangtze River Bridge are basically symmetrical,after scheme comparison,the optimum scheme was adopted which was the erection of double cantilever method aided by fixedly connecting the girders with the brackets beside pier,and by three layers of horizontal cables.It is concluded that the adjusting of the horizontal cables can be beneficial to the closuring of the main arch,can reduce the amount of the temporary structure greatly,and can shorten the total duration of the bridge construction.
