摘　　要：浙江部分经济发达地区贴息揽存现象十分普遍,不仅严重影响正常的金融秩序,也成了社会不安定因素之一。本文剖析了当前贴息揽存的操作手法以及屡禁不止的原因,并从法律角度探讨治理策略。The phenomenon of discount to solicit depositors is very popular in part of economic developed area in Zhejiang.The phenomenonis not only seriously affecting the normal financial order,and also becoming one of the factors which causes social unrest.This paper analyzes the operation of discount to solicit depositors and the reasons of its long-standing,and also discusses the management strategy From the legal angle.
