胶束增敏荧光光谱法测定齐墩果酸的含量

摘  要:研究了齐墩果酸在β-环糊精胶束体系中的荧光特性,发现β-环糊精对齐墩果酸的荧光有较强的增敏作用.据此建立了胶束增敏荧光光谱法测定齐墩果酸的新方法,其线性范围为1.0×10-5~4.0×10-4 mol/L,样品的平均回收率为93.80%~106.3%,根据IUPAC规定测得检出限为6.17×10-7 mol/L,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为1.623×106 L.mol-1.cm-1.并对包合机理进行了介绍,确定了实验中β-环糊精的最佳用量,考察了离子强度对包合体系的影响.The fluorescence characteristics of oleanolic acid(OA) in micellar system of β-cyclodextrin(β-CD)was studied.The experiment indicated that β-CD can greatly enhance the fluorescence of OA.Based on this result,a new method of micellar sensitized fluorescence spectrometry for the trace analysis of OA was developed.The linear range was 1.0×10-5~ 4.0×10-4 mol/L.The recovery of samples range from 93.80% to 106.3%.According to the IUPAC's rules,a limit of detection was abtained.It was 6.17×10-7mol/L.Apparent molar absorption coefficient ε was 1.623×106 L·mol-1·cm-1.The inclusion mechanism of β-CD and oleanolic acid was studied.The optimum amount of β-CD was determined and the effect of ionic strength on OA-β-CD system was studied.
