摘　　要：针对目前国内外投入应用的秸秆打捆机和压捆机均不具备粉碎功能的问题,研制开发了4SFYK-150型生物质秸秆粉碎压捆机。该机主要适用于在粉碎玉米和高梁等作物秸秆的同时收集压捆,作业一次完成秸秆粉碎、自动收集、压捆等多项农艺,能有效地减少田间作物秸秆残存量,为保证下茬作物的播种质量奠定了良好的基础。同时,可减少秸秆焚烧污染,维护生态环境,并为养殖业、造纸业、秸秆发电、酒精制造以及墙体材料制造业提供更多的材料资源。通过性能试验和生产试验证明,该机各项技术性能指标达到设计要求,符合国家相关标准,作业质量满足农艺要求。Domstic and foreign investment for the current application of straw balers and baler crushed straw co-existence does not have the function,developed a 4SFYK150 type of biomass straw crushing pressure slap machine.This machine is mainly applied in the grinding of com,sorghum and other crops while gathering baling straw,straw crushing operatings at once,automatically collecting,baling and many agronomic,its 13application field can effectively reduce the amount of crop residues remaining for ensure the quality of planting crops Xiacha laid a good foundation While reducing the pollution of straw burning,maintenance of the ecological environment,and aquaculture,paper,straw power generation,ethanol production,the wall material to provide more material resources.Through performance tests and production tests proved that the aircraft of the technology,performance indicators to meet the design requirements,in line with national standards,the quality of its operations to meet agricultural requirements.
