荔枝产地预冷装置的开发研究与实验

摘　　要：分析了开发荔枝产地预冷装置的必要性,指出了荔枝产地预冷装置需满足的要求,提出了一种新型产地预冷装置的设计方法,搭建了以冰为冷源,采用空气—水换热器的预冷实验台,测定了不同条件下荔枝的温度变化情况,为开发荔枝产地预冷装置的研制提供了参考。The necessity of developing pre-cooling equipment in litchi producing area is analysed,the requirments of pre-cooling equipment are pointed out,a new design method of litchi pre-cooling equipment used in producing area is proposed,an experimental device which using ice as cooling source and with air-water heat exchanger is established,temperature in different conditions are measured.The results provide reference for development of litchi pre-cooling equipment.
