摘 要:利用建立的比例溢流阀式半主动减振器的数学模型、天棚阻尼半主动控制器模型和车辆系统动力学模型,分析常通节流孔直径和比例溢流阀调压误差对半主动减振器性能的影响。结果表明:采用比例溢流阀式半主动悬挂系统能够有效地减小车体振动,而且车辆运行速度越高,改善效果越明显;根据建立的车辆系统动力学模型,对应车辆各速度等级,当天棚阻尼系数取100kN.s.m-1时,车辆运行平稳性指标取得综合最优;常通节流孔直径越大,半主动减振器响应越慢,其等效阻尼越小,半主动减振器阻尼力对控制器期望阻尼力的跟踪能力就越差,在振动频率为1Hz附近车辆的振动能量越大,并且调压误差系数仅对车体的横向高频振动有微小的影响。The influences of the orifice diameter and the pressure regulating error of proportional relief valve on the performance of semi-active damper were analyzed using the established model of semi-active damper with proportional relief valve, the skyhook damping semi-active controller system model and the dynamic model of vehicle system. The results show that the semi-active suspension system with proportional relief valve can effectively reduce carbody vibration, and with the increase of vehicle speed, the reduction of carbody vibration is much more obvious. Based on the established dynamic model vehicle system and corresponding to each speed level of vehicle, the ride comfort index of vehicle reaches a comprehensively optimal value when the damping coefficient of skyhook is 100 kN·s·m-1. Increasing the orifice diameter will slow the response of semi-active damper and minify its equivalent damping, which will lead to the undesirable traceability of the semi-active damper force to the damping force expected by controller. The vibration energy of vehicle will be greater when the vibration frequency is around 1 Hz. The pressure regulating error coefficient only has slight influence on the lateral vibration of the carbody in the range of high frequency.
