安全状况等级3级压力容器检验周期的探讨

摘　　要：《压力容器定期检验规则》(TSG R7001-2004)中规定安全状况等级为3级的压力容器全面检验周期一般为3～6年。但在实际生产中,检验单位在全面检验后,大多数3级压力容器的检验周期还定为3年,不利于企业降本增效。3级压力容器检验周期的制定应依托规范,结合装置实际,充分考虑安全性与经济性。Pressure Vessels Periodical Inspection Regulation (TSG R7001-2004) stipulates that the entire inspection cycle of pressure vessel with safety grade 3 is 3~6 years,but in the production practice,inspection institution decides that the majority of the grade 3 pressure vessel's inspection cycle is 3 years. This goes against the enterprise's cost reduction and efficiency increase. The inspection cycle of pressure vessel with safety grade 3 should be set down according to the standards,the real situation of the unit. The security and economic factors should also be taken fully into account.
