摘  要:以青海大学高原花卉研究中心提供的贵德细叶(L.pumilum)、贵德卷丹(L.lancifoli-um)、湟中细叶(L.pumilum)、兰州百合(L.davidii var.unicolor)、Dazzle(L/A杂种系)、Polly-anna(亚洲百合杂种系)、White heaven(麝香百合杂种系)及Sorbonne(东方百合杂种系)为材料,研究8种百合鳞茎中的蛋白质、还原糖、淀粉、脂肪、粗纤维及Vc的含量,探索8种百合在西宁地区的利用价值。结果表明:湟中细叶和兰州百合脂肪含量低,淀粉、蛋白质和Vc含量都比较高,尤其青海野生的湟中细叶百合各种营养成分都接近或超过兰州百合,可以作为营养价值较高的食用性百合进行开发;贵德卷丹的Vc含量最高,纤维素、还原糖含量较高,而脂肪含量较低;Pollyanna粗纤维含量最高,还原糖含量较高;Sorbonne的淀粉含量最高;White heav-en和Dazzle的蛋白质含量高,脂肪含量低。In order to evaluate the value of eight varieties of lily cultivated in Qinghai area: Guide lilium pumilum(L.pumilum),Guide lilium lancifolium(L.Lancifolium),Huangzhong lilium pumilum(L.pumilum),Lanzhou lily(L.davidii var.unicolor),Dazzle(L/A hybrids),Pollyanna(Asiatic hybrids),White heaven(Iongiflorum hybrids) and Sorbonne(Oriental hybrids),the major nutrients,protein,reducing sugar,starch,fat,crude fiber and vitamin C in bulbs of eight lily varieties were studied in Plateau Research Center of Qinghai University.The results indicate that Huangzhong lilium pumilum and Lanzhou lily are iow-fat,high-nutrition and Vc ones.Particularly,nutrients in Huangzhong lilium pumilum are same as those of Lanzhou lily,and it can be used as edible lily of higher nutritional in Qinghai area.The vitamin C content of Guide lilium lancifolium is the highest in the eight varieties,the content of cellulose and reducing sugar is relatively higher,and fat is lower.The cellulose content of Pollyanna is the highest in these lilies,and reducing sugar is relatively high.The content of cellulose in Sorbonne is the highest in these lilies.White heaven and Dazzle could be explored as high-protain and low-fat lilies.
