摘　　要：如何充分发挥高等学校大型仪器设备的使用率与效益,增强教学、科研和对外服务能力,是高校大型仪器设备管理工作的重要研究课题。结合华南师范大学化学与环境学院近年来的探索与实践,从构建大型仪器共享平台、加强实验技术队伍建设、向学生开放大型仪器设备、有偿使用及建立网络服务平台等几个方面对提高大型仪器设备的使用率与效益进行了阐述。How to make full use of the utilization efficiency and benefit of large-scale instruments and equipment in university,and strengthen the capability of university for teaching practice,scientific research and social service is an important project on management of large-scale instruments and equipment.Combining with the exploration and practice of the school of chemistry and environment,South China Normal University,effective measures were presented to improve the utilization efficiency and benefit of large-scale instruments and equipment,including building an instruments sharing platform,enhancing technician team construction,opening instruments to students,using instruments with pay,establishing network service platform,etc.
