摘　　要：针对国内外在水泥企业能效评估方法研究方面的不足,通过对水泥企业的基础信息进行收集和分析,运用层次分析法对水泥企业能效评估进行综合研究,并构建适合水泥企业能效评估的指标体系,从而为企业节能提供定量分析,提高企业的电能管理水平。According to the deficiencies of the research of energy efficiency evaluation method used in the cement industry,the analytic hierarchy process has been proposed to meet the needs of comprehensive assessing of the energy efficiency.This project collects & analyses the basis information from the cement industry and a comprehensive research into energy efficiency in the cement industry was carried out using analytic hierarchy process.In the end,an evaluation index system was established to provide energy conservation with quantitative analysis and improve electric energy management level for the cement industry.
