摘 要:目的:因前期课题组药理研究得出苏合香和安息香的石油醚部位和乙醚部位为有效部位,所以对苏合香和安息香经石油醚、乙醚提取得到的部位进行GC-MS分析,希望找出它们有效部位中的化学成分及它们之间存在的共性。方法:采用溶剂提取(石油醚、乙醚)苏合香和安息香低极性成分,并通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术,对其中的化学成分进行鉴定分析。结果:鉴定得到苏合香石油醚部位23个化学成分,占总色谱峰面积的90%以上,乙醚部位分析鉴定得出10个化学成分,占总色谱峰面积的91%以上;安息香石油醚部位鉴定得到4个化学成分,占总色谱峰面积的90%以上,乙醚部位分析鉴定得出5个化学成分,占总色谱峰面积的99%以上。结论:对开窍药苏合香、安息香有效部位进行GC-MS成分分析,找出各自有效部位的化学成分,同时得到苏合香和安息香有效部位中的共有成分丙酸乙酯、苯甲酸苄酯。提示苯甲酸苄酯可能与两种芳香开窍药的共有药效有一定的关系。本文为进一步研究芳香开窍药苏合香、安息香的药效物质基础奠定基础。Objective: Preliminary study had found that the extractions by petroleum ether and ethylether were the active fractions of Styrax and Benzoinum in our laboratory. The study was aimed to analyze the chemical constituents of active fractions from Styrax and Benzoinum and find out the similarities of them. Method: The active fractions from Styrax and Benzoinum were extracted by petroleum ether and ethylether, and analyzed by GC-MS. Result: 23 compounds of the part extracted by petroleum ether were identified, which represented 90% of the total GC peak area of the part extracted by petroleum ether from Styrax. And 10 compounds in the part extracted by ethylether were identified,which represented 91% of the total GC peak area of the part extracted by ethylether from Styrax.4 compounds in the part extracted by petroleum ether were identified, which represented 90% of the total GC peak area of the part extracted by of petroleum ether from Benzoinum.And 5 compounds in the part extracted by ethylether were identified,which represented 99% of the total GC peak area of the part extracted by ethylether from Benzoinum. Conclusion: The chemical constituents of active fraction from Styrax and Benzoinum are analyzed by GC-MS. Two chemical compositions, Ethyl Propionate and Benzyl Benzoate, are found out in them. Benzyl Benzoate may be the material basis of Styrax and Benzoinum. The present study provides bases for the exploitation of the material basis of resuscitation—inducing aromatic herbs.
