早期、微小食管癌另一重要X线征象——局限偏心性重复收缩波

摘　　要：目的:探讨早期微小食管癌局部管壁病理生理运动效应征象。材料与方法:回顾分析13例手术病理证实早期微小食管癌,采用常规气钡双重造影,立位大小口吞钡相结合,多方位摄片法。结果:病变呈平坦型1例,微凹陷型4例,微隆起型6例,乳头型2例。13例患者做气钡双重造影均在病变局部见到"局限偏心性收缩波",只是不同病例类型此征象产生的程度、强度和长度不同。结论:局限性偏心性收缩波是早期微小食管癌极有价值的X线征象。Purpose:To study the sign of pathological moment of esophageal wall in early and minor esophageal carcinoma.Materials and Methods:Retrospective analysis of 13 cases of early and minor esophageal carcinoma confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analysed.The double(air barium) contrast examination of esophagus after amss combined with minor barium swallowed in upright-position was performed in these patients.Photo-graphon were taken.Results:The lesions were showed flat-type in 1 case,depressed type in 4 cases,elevated type in 6 cases,papilla-type 2 cases.The localized eccentric recontracted wave was found in all of the cases during double contrast study.These wave varied strength,length and time limit in different kinds of pathology.Conclusion:The localized eccentric recontracted wave is a valuable X-ray feature of early and minor esophageal carcinoma.
