摘　　要：对全球创业热潮形成的原因进行分析后,本文对创业管理理论的研究成果从三个方面进行了归纳,提出了需要进一步解决的五个关键问题,预测了创业管理研究的六大趋势。Based on the analysis about the causes of global entrepreneurship upsurge, this paper concludes three outcomes of entrepreneurship management theory, brings forward five key questions need to be further research, and forecasts six trends of entrepreneurship management research.
