芳醛缩氨基硫脲类化合物的无溶剂合成反应研究

摘　　要：以一系列芳醛和N4-苯基氨基硫脲为原料,浓盐酸做催化剂,室温条件下,在无溶剂条件下进行反应合成了5个苯甲醛缩氨基硫脲类化合物,结果表明,无溶剂条件下的反应能够在2h内完成,并且产率在90%左右,是合成该类化合物高产、低耗、绿色、环保的好方法。A series of benzaldehyde thiosemicarbazone derivatives were synthesized under solvent-free condition at room temperature.The reaction only needs 2h to proceed catalyzed by concentrated hydrogen chloride,and the yields of the product reached 90%.It's clear,that the solvent-free method is a high yields,low consumption and environmental benign procedure for the synthesis of this kind of fine chemicals.
