Ankylos种植系统在上颌窦外提升术同期牙种植中的应用

摘　　要：目的:对Ankylos种植系统在上颌窦提升术同期牙种植中的临床效果进行评价。方法:收集2008年1月至2010年1月期间,对46例上颌后牙区牙齿缺失要求种植的患者,于58侧上颌窦行外提升术,同期植入Ankylos种植体142枚,修复后随访观察1～3年。结果:观察期内142颗种植体,均无松动或脱落,曲面断层片检查种植体周围未见明显骨吸收阴影。结论:Ankylos种植系统应用于上颌窦提升术同期牙种植可获得满意的临床效果。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of maxillary sinus augmentation with simultaneous implants placement.Methods:58 sides maxillary sinus of 46 patients underwent bone grafting using deproteinized bovine bone and coralline hydroxyapatite.Simultaneously 142 implants were implanted.The follow up time was from 12 to 36 months.Results:There were no implant loose or lost,no clinical complaint of the maxillary sinus area.Panoramic X-ray exam showed well osseointegration,and no obvious bone resorption was foud in peri-implant surrounding during the observation term 1～3 years.Conclusion:Maxillary sinus floor bone grafting with simultaneously Ankylos implant placement can achieve satisfactory clinical effect.
