摘 要:目的:本组对结、直肠经结肠镜或手术证实且均行CT仿真内窥镜(CTVE)检查的38例结、直肠癌或息肉患者进行回顾性分析。探究CTVE的最佳扫描方案。为患者提供更好的服务。材料与方法:对38例患者都采用仰卧位和俯卧位扫描。分别统计仰卧位、俯卧位及双体位(仰卧加俯卧位)下CTVE对病灶的检出率并做分析。结果:仰卧位CTVE的检出率最低(50%),俯卧位和双体位CTVE检出率最高(81.3%,87.5%)且二者无统计学差异(P>0.05)。而且双体位扫患者接受X线计量是俯卧位的两倍。结论:俯卧位下对结、直肠的CTVE检查为诊断结、直肠病变的最佳检查方案。Purpose:38 patients underwent CT virtual endoscopy(CTVE) examinations with colorectal cancer or polypus that were proved with surgery and / or conventional colonoscopic biopsy.Analyzed retrospectively and serched the best scanning planning.Materials and Methods:CTVE examinations was performed in the 38 pations with supine position and prone position.Calculated the detection rate of the Colorectal cancer or polypus in supine position,prone position and double position.follow—up were analysed.Results:The CTVE examinations has a lower detection rate(50%).The prone position and double position have a hight detection rate(81.3%,87.5%).The two detection rates have no distinction of statistics(P>0.05).The pations have accepted double radiation dose with double position scanning than prone position scanning.Conclusion:The CTVE examinations of the prone position was the best scanning planning.
