摘　　要：会计技能型人才培养是会计教育的主要目标,树立市场化教学观念,突出学生主体地位,体现职业办学特色,以职业技能和岗位能力培养为中心组织实验教学,建立会计实验教学体系,构建会计技能型人才培养模式。The training of skilled accounting talents is the main aim of the accounting education. To achieve this aim, the teaching must be student-centered, embody vocational education characteristics and be the skill-centered experimental teaching. Under this aim, we can set up the accounting experimental teaching system and build the skilled accounting talents training models.
