摘　　要：高校薪酬管理体系直接关系到高校对人才的激励效价,笔者对国外高校教师薪酬管理体制、薪酬结构、薪酬水平及薪酬增长机制进行了分析,对我国高校教师薪酬定位、薪酬水平等提出了见解。University salary management system affects the incentive effect and evaluation to talents directly.The author of this paper analyzes overseas university teacher's salary management system,the structure,the standard and the increasing mechanism,puts forward views on domestic university teacher's salary orientation,salary standard etc.
