摘　　要："教历"是受"病历"的启发提出的,它记载了教师的既往行为和表现,是一种经验积累的过程,可以为当前或以后的行为改进提供重要的参考.'Teaching history' is put forward from the inspiration of 'case history', it records teachers' behavior and conduct, and is one course that experience accumulates, can offer important reference for the improvement of the behavior at present and in future.
