新农村新牧区建设中的民族教育均衡发展问题研究——内蒙古赤峰市翁牛特旗个案剖析

摘　　要：新农村建设必须突出农民的主体地位,为此必须发展农村教育事业,培育现代新型农民。在我区发展农村牧区的教育事业,重中之重的问题是解决民族教育发展的不公平问题,实现教育均衡发展。本文以赤峰市翁牛特旗为个案,分析我区民族教育不均衡的现状并提出相应的对策。In constructing new villages, the villagers’ leading position must be stressed. Therefore, we must develop education in villages and cultivate modern new type villagers. The most important problem existed in developing education in villages and pastoral areas is to solve the unfairness of the ethnic education development and to realize the balanced development of education. In this paper, the authors analyze the current situation of the unbalanced educational development in Inner Mongolia and put forward corresponding measures.
