摘　　要：教学环境设计是网络教学的基础,控制策略是网络教学的手段,教学质量是网络教学成败的关键。从这三个方面综合研究网络教学是十分重要的课题。本文全面分析了三方面的相互关系,在总结网络教学经验的基础上,提出了具体的可操作措施。Design of teaching environment is the foundation of Network teaching. Controlling strategy is the efficient method of Network teaching. Teaching quality is the key element that decides success or failure of Network teaching. Studying the above three points is very important. In this paper,the relationship during them is analyzed,and on the basic of summarizing the Network teaching experience,operational measures are proposed.
