摘  要:利用多靶离子束溅射配合振动样品磁性分析技术对Co/AlO/FeNi纳米三层膜进行了分步制备与磁特性研究.分析结果表明,Co膜与FeNi膜的层间耦合强度及类型取决于中间隔离层(铝膜或氧化铝膜)的性能和厚度;垂直样品膜平面的电流输运机制源于电子隧穿和自旋电子流对铁磁层局域磁矩的作用.A step by step preparations and magnetism investigations of the magnetic sandwich samples of Co/AlO/FeNi nanoscale films were practiced by ion-beam sputtering technique and vibrating sample magnetometer. The dependence of the magnetic coupling strength and type between Co and FeNi films on the property and thickness of the space layer (aluminium layer or alumina layer) was studied. For currents perpendicular to the plane of the layers the electric transport mechanism are depended on both of the electrons tunneling through barrier and the interplay of the spin electron flow on the localized magnetic moments.
