摘　　要：当前,大学核心竞争力研究出现了比较大的分歧,这并非大学核心竞争力理论本身有问题,分歧产生的主要原因在于研究者的理论出发点的不同、研究者对同类型大学视角的不同、不同类型大学核心竞争力的多样性和大学核心竞争力的动态性等四种,深刻认识这四种主要原因,有利于推进大学核心竞争力研究的进一步深入。Nowadays,there is a big research divergence in university’s core competency.It is due to the different theories which the researchers base on,rather than the problems themselves in the theories.Having a good understanding of the four reasons causing the divergences,such as different aspects to the same kind of universities,varieties of the core competency in different kinds of universities,the dynamic of the core competency,will deepen the research of university’s core competency.
