成人学历教育“专升本”护理专业课程改革的思路与设想——以北京协和医学院为案例

摘　　要：随着社会需求和成人学生特点的变化,成人学历教育护理专业"专升本"课程改革势在必行。本文以北京协和医学院为案例,通过问卷调查、访谈及专家座谈等方式对该院现有培养目标和课程设置现状进行了调研,在此基础上分析了目前社会对成人学历教育的需求状况和成人学生的特点,有针对性地提出了该院课程改革的思路与设想,认为:在培养目标方面,应在普通高校护理本科培养目标的基础上加强对学生科研能力和自我学习能力的培养,并对课程设置做出相应调整;在教学方法上,提倡采用多样化,积极应用网络资源等现代化教学手段;在考核评价方式上,加强过程性评价的力度,采用过程性评价和结果评价相结合的方式进行考核。With the shifts in social demand and changes in characteristics of adult students,it is necessary to have a curriculum revolution.In this paper,we take the Peking Union Medical college as a case,analyze the adult education demand and the future of students based on our survey,and some reformational advices are given according the analysis: to the goal of training,academic and self-learning ability should be strengthen;to the teaching method,diversiform methods could be introduced,especially should take full advantage of internet;to the evaluation,we will combine process evaluation and outcome evaluation to make a overall assessment on students' performance.
