摘　　要：近年来,随着大学生就业形式的严峻,社会对高等学校教育的评论也日益增加,褒者有之、贬者也有之;传统培养模式作为"应试教育"的代名词一时间受到众多议论。随之而来传统培养模式(课堂的教与学、课程考试等),能否提升学生的素质和技能的质疑,也引起了部分学生对传统培养模式的不认可甚至抵制,以至于大学生逃课、逃学、考试作弊等行为不断发生。因此,高校的教学模式应进行一些改革以适应新形势的要求,包括课堂教学应教以致用,使学生善于自我学习,教师进行教学活动的目的是传道、解惑等。In recent years,along with the severe forms of employment,society review for higher education also increases increasingly.Some people hold positive attitude,some people are critical attitude.Traditional training mode is discussed by many people as a synonym of 'exam-oriented education' for a time.Follow the query whether the traditional training mode(classroom teaching and learning,curriculum test) can improve the quality of students and the skill of the question also caused negative acknowledge or even resist of some students on the traditional training mode,so that students has constantly made truancy and exam cheating.Therefore,colleges and universities' teaching mode should conduct some reform in order to adapt to the demands of the new situation,including the classroom teaching should be taught to use,so that the students are good at self-learning,teachers' teaching aim is preaching and solutions,etc.
