摘　　要：本文针对我国科技文献信息自动化发展水平,提出了适合科技文献信息计算机网络的设计模型,给出了完整的系统目标、系统结构、系统功能。同时,该网络还可以实现各种设备、人员等资源最佳配置,使不同信息的存储、加工、使用和保护协调起来,大大拓宽用户范围。In connection with the developing level of scientific & technical literature automation in China, this paper puts forward a design model that is suited to the computer network of scientific & technical literature and expounds its integral system objective, system structure and system function. Meanwhile, the optimal resource allocation of all kinds of equipments and personnel will be implemented in this network,that may coordinate different information's storage, processing, access and protection, and then greatly widen the range of the users.
