摘　　要：目的:设计和实施肿瘤医院护士沟通技能培训模式,并评估培训前后护士在沟通知识、沟通自信心、结果预期以及感受到的支持的变化,同时调查分析培训前后住院肿瘤患者对护患沟通行为的满意度的改变。方法:医院连续两年针对广大临床肿瘤护士开展"增强服务观念,提升服务形象"主题培训,共计8小时培训课程,并结合临床开展出院患者"最满意的护士"评选以及"优质护理服务示范工程"的推进,加强对护士沟通行为的鼓励,促进良好护患关系的建立。结果:培训后3个月以及6个月,护士在沟通知识、自信心、结果预期和感受到的支持方面都有明显提升,培训后3个月和6个月,出院患者对护士沟通行为的满意度也有显著提高。结论:此培训模式应用于广大临床肿瘤护士取得了较好的效果,但是如何跟进和强化培训效果是下一步需要关注的重点。Objectives: To design and implement a communication skills training model and evaluate the effectiveness of it on oncology nurses' communication knowledge,confidence,outcome expectancy and communication skills/behaviors,and on patients' satisfaction with oncology nurses' communication skills.Methods: Oncology nurses were assigned to the 8 h training program named'strengthen service goal,improve service quality'in two years.Supportive activities include the election of 'most satisfying nurse' at each unit in clinic by discharged cancer patients and 'good quality nursing care program 'in the hospital proceed to encourage the communication behavior with cancer patients.Results: Compared to the pre-training situation,trained nurses 3 months after the end of the training reported positive changes on their basic communication skills,their self-efficacy in oncology-specific communication skills and on communication outcome expectancies,and self-perceived support for communication,a significant increase in cancer patients' satisfaction with the nurses' communication skills.Discussion: The training model is effective on improving nurses' communication behaviors.Further study should be focused on effective interventions for oncology nurses to improve and sustain nurses' communication behaviors with cancer patients.
