摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠期乳腺癌在诊断和治疗上是否具有特点。方法:回顾分析近期我科收治的17例年轻妊娠期乳腺癌的临床资料,依据妊娠期乳腺癌的治疗指南,选择不同的治疗手段。结果:妊娠可能是一个独立的预后不良指标,易漏诊、误诊,早诊较困难,多数患者就诊时病期偏晚,是其预后比普通乳腺癌差的主要原因。结论:及时迅速地诊断和治疗妊娠期乳腺癌,其预后会得到不同程度的改善。Objective: To analysis and study the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer associated with pregnancy.Methods: Analysis 17 cases of breast cancer associated with pregnancy from January 2005 to Semptember 2007 in our department.We choiced difference treatment depent on the guildline for breast cance associated with pregnancy.Results: Pregnancy may be a independent poor factor for breast cancer.Early diagnosis is difficult for these patients.The prognosis of pregnant breast cancer was poorer than ordinary breast cancer.Conclusion: Early diagnosis and treatment breast cancer associated with pregnancy may improve survival rate.
