由锅炉风机轴承频繁故障引发的对轴承优劣鉴别的探讨

摘　　要：轴承作为转动机械的重要部件,其品质优劣对转动机械的稳定运行至关重要。由于轴承问题造成电厂转动机械非停故障屡见不鲜。工作中颇多遇见假冒伪劣及翻修轴承,经过长期的现场实际工作经验,对轴承品质的优劣鉴定方法进行了总结探讨。通过2000-2006年发生在姚电公司锅炉风机因轴承频繁损坏停机的故障事件分析。警示从事电厂技术管理、备件采购人员从中汲取经验教训,提高风险意识。Bearing as an important part of rotating machinery,it is crucial to stable operation of rotating machinery.Emergency breakdown of power plant rotating machinery caused by bearing failure happens frequently.After long practical working experience,the method for distinguishing the quality of bearing is summarized,on the condition of frequent counterfeiting and renovation of the bearing.The analysis of year 2000 to 2006 bearing failure causing breakdown in Yaomeng electric company is referential to technical management and maintenance staff in power production.
