聚桂醇注射术治疗肝脏多发血管瘤

摘　　要：目的:探讨聚桂醇注射术在治疗肝脏多发血管瘤的疗效。方法:对30例行聚桂醇注射术治疗肝脏多发血管瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:30例患者中22例治愈,6例有效,2例无效,有效率93.3%。患者术后均出现低热、肝区疼痛、恶心、呕吐等不适症状,对症处理1 d后恢复正常。术后3 d复查肝功能,27例ALT和AST呈不同程度升高,3例无异常,术后9 d均恢复正常。结论:聚桂醇注射术治疗肝脏多发血管瘤安全有效。Objective To investigate the effect of lauromacrogol injection in the treatment of multiple liver hemangiomas.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed in patients with multiple liver hemangiomas treated with injection of lauromacrogol from February 2009 to September 2011.Results Among 30 cases,22 patients were cured,6 patients were effective,2 cases were ineffective,the total efficacy was 93.3%.All patients appeared slight fever,pain in hepatic area,nausea and vomiting after the injection,and these adverse effects disappeared 1 day after corresponding treatment.Hepatic function examination 3 days after the operation demonstr.That ALT was elevated in 27 cases,normal in 3 cases.The elevated ALT returned to normal 9 days later.Conclusion Lauromacrogol injection is safe and effective in the treatment of multiple liver hemangiomas.
