超声引导下经皮穿刺植入^(125)I粒子治疗中晚期肝癌

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺植入125I粒子治疗中晚期肝癌的临床应用价值。方法:采用三维治疗计划系统(3D-TPS)对56例肝癌病人74个病灶行彩超引导下将125I粒子植入肿瘤内。结果:74个病灶完全缓解29个,部分缓解32个,无变化12个,进展1个。总有效率为82%。结论:超声引导下经皮穿刺植入125I粒子治疗中晚期肝癌创伤小,疗效肯定,并发症少。Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous implantation of 125 I seed for treating advanced liver cancer.Methods According to three dimensional-therapy planning system(3D-TPS),125 I seeds were implanted into 74 lesions of 56 patients with liver cancer under ultrasound-guided approach.Results Among all the lesions,29 lesions were complete remission(CR),32 lesions were partial remission(PR),12 lesions was no change and one lesion was deteriorated,the overall response(CR+PR) rate was 82%.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided percutaneous implantation of 125 I seed should be a little invasive,effective and less complication method in treating advanced liver cancer.
