摘　　要：短道速度滑冰是我国冬季运动项目中的优势项目,其训练方法和训练手段具有一定的代表性和先进性。通过对几个短道速滑强国的训练方法手段进行调查研究,展示了不同专项的训练方法手段的应用与发展特点,揭示出了短道速度滑冰高水平运动员的现代训练呈现出更加注重专项训练,更加突出强度训练,并围绕比赛灵活运用"周期"理论等几个特点,为我国短道速滑项目专项训练方法手段的研究发展提供了借鉴。As an advantage event of Chinese winter sports,the training methods and means of short track speed skating are representative and advanced.With the investigation into the training methods of several short track speed skating power countries,the paper shows the application of different training means.As a reference for developing the specialized training methods of Chinese short track speed skating,it indicates the high-level skaters' modern training is more specialized with more highlighted intensity,and is flexible in application of training cycle theory aiming at the competitions.
