摘　　要：近年来,"爆发性地增长"的国有经济在金融危机背景下利润的逆势剧增,引起了社会的普遍质疑。一场激化了各方利益的有关"国进民退"的论战随之打响。在归纳和综合"国进民退"争论各方观点的基础上,对"国进民退"问题的本质和前景作出了初步的分析和判断。其中国有企业指国有及国有控股企业,包括全民所有制企业、国有独资公司、国有控股公司。With the explosive expansion of the state-owned enterprises during the financial crisis,an argument of 'the state-owned enterprise advances while the privately-owned enterprise is lagged behind' has become very hot.On the base of collecting different view points,the article analyses the cause,trend and effect of the hot argument.
