摘  要:将32只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组(N组)、去势组(C组)、输精管结扎组(V组)和睾酮组(T组),用去势、输精管结扎和注射丙酸睾酮建立不同睾酮水平大鼠模型,采用放射免疫法检测大鼠体内性激素水平,用免疫组化法检测前列腺组织Ki-67、Bcl-2和Bax表达程度,并与正常组对照。结果表明:C组、V组血清睾酮和前列腺睾酮水平出现不同程度降低,T组睾酮水平明显升高,组间差异均显著(P<0.01),与前列腺上皮细胞中Ki-67表达和Bcl-2/Bax比值具有高度正相关(P<0.01),而在间质细胞中则相关不显著(P>0.05)。证明雄激素可通过影响Ki-67、Bcl-2和Bax表达以调控前列腺上皮细胞的增殖与凋亡。32 SD rats were randomly assigned to normal group(N),castrated group(C),vasectomy group(V) and testosterone group(T).Different testosterone level models of rats were established by castrating,vasoligating or subcutaneously injecting testosterone,respectively.The sex hormones in serum and prostate tissues were determined separately and the expression of Ki-67,Bcl-2 and Bax in prostate tissues with RIA and IHC methods the correlation between them were sdudied.Results showed that there were a decrease of serum T and prostate T in different degree in C group and V group and an obvious increase in T group(P<0.01).There were high positive correlation between T levels of serum and prostate and expression of Ki-67and Bcl-2/Bax ratio in epithelial cells of prostate(P<0.01) and no significant correlation in stromal cells(P>0.05).Testosterone may regulate proliferation and apoptosis of prostatic epithelial cells by affecting the expression of Ki-67,Bcl-2 and Bax.
