摘　　要：转化医学的概念自提出以来,在国内外得到了迅速发展,医学科研逐渐进入转化医学时代。在新的历史条件下,要转变科研管理思路,提高科研管理质量,必须狠抓3个关键环节质量,提高科研项目源头质量,为科研提供优质平台,实现研究成果的转化,最终推动科研工作健康可持续发展。Translational medicine has been gaining a rapid development at home and abroad ever since the concept was advanced,and medical scientific research has entered an era of translational medicine.Under the new historical conditions,we have to change the ideas of scientific research management to improve its quality,strengthen the three key aspects in 'B2B' by enhancing the source quality of research projects,setting up excellent platforms for scientific research and implementing the transformation of research results,and ultimately promote the scientific research onto sound and sustainable development.
