摘　　要：译者翻译能力的高低决定着其译作质量的优劣。翻译教学应以培养学习者翻译能力为目标。本文以评价理论为基础,将翻译评价分为翻译道德评价、翻译审美评价、翻译功利评价三个维度,提出以翻译评价为主体的翻译能力培养模式,通过培养学习者翻译评价能力来有效提高他们的翻译能力,以达到培养高素质应用型英语人才的目的。Translating ability determines the quality of the translation.Translation teaching should take the cultivation of students' translation ability as the goal.In this paper,based on the theory of translation evaluation,evaluation is divided into translation moral evaluation,translation aesthetics evaluation,translation utilitarian evaluation three dimension,proposes the translation ability cultivation mode translation evaluation as the main,through the cultivation of learners' translation ability to improve their translation competence,so as to cultivate the high-quality applied talents of English.
